*USE OF EQUIPMENT: Use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use, maintenance of storage of the Equipment. Agreement to use only the Nitan Chai Premix powder refill provided exclusively by Lessor. Use of any other Nitan Chai Premix powder is expressly and strictly prohibited. In such event, the damage deposit will be forfeited, and the equipment shall be duly returned to the Lessor in good condition. If machine is infected by pests the damage damage deposit will be forfeited
