Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nitan Corp. Therefore, we offer a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with tags still attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@nitan.ca. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the rare event that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as damaged or partially used/opened products, cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to initiate a return for the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
