At Nitan Chai, we prioritize your satisfaction, and our warranty services are designed to enhance your experience with our machines. Here are the key details you need to know:

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our warranties are applicable to machines purchased within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON.
  • Enjoy a generous 6-month manufacturing warranty on all machine models purchased through admin@nitan.ca or WhatsApp +1 (647) 368-7773
  • The warranty specifically covers defects in materials and parts inside the machine, excluding the external body.

After Warranty Services:

  • After the initial 6-month warranty period, coverage extends to parts replaced during repair.
  • For customers outside the GTA, we offer after-sales services via video calls and an exclusive online machine parts shop for Nitan’s Chai machine models.
  • FedEx ensures reliable shipping across Canada, with express delivery options available.

Costs and Charges:

  • For after-warranty services, parts, and labor, additional charges include machine parts and transportation costs from our location at 10 Thornmount Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M1B 3J4.
  • Unauthorized opening of parts incurs a 15% additional charge.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Warranty does not cover issues arising from accidental damage, negligence, power surge, water or fire damage, improper ventilation, pest-related issues, misuse, or any cause beyond the control of our service team and company.

Service Fees:

  • Basic service without parts replaced (cleaning and descaling) is priced at $80.
  • Service with replaced parts is capped at a maximum of $500.
  • Repair for machines over 24 months of age requires a maximum payment of $600.

Virtual Assistance:

  • Virtual Assistant (Video Service Call) is available at $40/hr, and estimates will be provided before servicing.
  • Same-day service is possible with additional charges, provided the service request is made before 1 pm.

Service Protection Plan:

  • Opt for our Extended Warranty Plan to ensure comprehensive coverage for all machine parts.
  • 12 months Full Protection Plan is available for $250.
  • 24 months Full Protection Plan is offered at $400.
