Shipping policy
At Nitan Corp., we offer shipping services to both Canada and the US. Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and quantity of items in your order. Shipments within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal area are handled through our local delivery service. For areas outside the GTA, we use trusted carriers such as FedEx and Canada Post. We also offer options for same-day delivery, express delivery, and ground delivery. STANDARD UNIFORM STRAIGHT BILL OF LADING ORIGINAL - NOT NEGOTIABLE
Received at point of origin on this date from the shipper, the goods herein described, in apparent good order, except as noted (contents and condition of conterits of packages unknown) marked, consigned, and destined as indicated below, which the camer agrees to carry and deliver to the consignee at the destination if on its own mute, otherwise to deliver to another camer on the route to the destination in agreed as to each carrier of all or any of the goods over at or any portion of the route to destination and as to each party at any time interested in all or any of the poods, that every service to be performed here under shall be subject to all the terms and conditions of the Uniform Bill of Lading Act and all the Federal and Provincial statutes governing transportation and not prohibited by law, whether printed or written, hereof, which are hereby agreed to by the shipper and accepted for himself and his assigns
